UX Lead with Oversight
I created the desktop and mobile prototypes along with correlating tagged acceptance criteria for developer handoff. I also proposed new components for improved product information presentation. I really pushed for adding social media elements like a photo gallery for customers view and share real moments with the products. The client loved the idea of additionally showcasing a recipe to increase engagement. All components also had to be consistent with Shopify features and user flow.
What I learned:
- Writing acceptance criteria to define expected functions between different web and app states
- Taking the lead in presenting layout sketches for varying amounts of user engagement

UX and Concept Design Team
I worked with a team to create mobile prototypes for a new campaign experience. The campaign was to promote nightbrushing for 21 days to build good brushing habits.  I assisted with site mapping, concept development and graphic design. I created posters and animations to present to clients as pitches to forward to the outsourced AR team.
What I learned:
- Rapid iteration of concept designs and storyboards
- Using an existing design system and components for mobile-first prototyping
- Working collaboratively with UI team

UX/UI Lead
I proposed concept designs, created WCAG compliant style sheet, and presented high fidelity interactive prototypes for a campaign page to showcase an influencer. The prior page was limited to only text and pictures. Working with developers, we were able to add new components that could play GIFs on a loop or carousel through information blocks. We were able to add much more motion and interest to the page to attract the target audience: young adults. In the second handoff, I worked with a graphic designer to condense the campaign information into tabs to present multiple influencers within the client parameters.
What I learned:
- Working directly with stakeholders and developers throughout the design process
- Searching through client's current websites to find examples of and defend components in wireframe
- Collaborating with content team to define UI expectations and visual story of final prototype
- Taking a campaign proposal from start to finish

UX Lead with Oversight
I created low fidelity prototype pages for a variety of client topics within their 3 branded sites. I was limited by their current components, so I could only propose various page layouts and very minor component changes to meet client needs. It was difficult to keep the individual design systems in mind, but I was able to work quickly with developers to see live updates and adjust as needed.
What I learned:
- Studying client's current websites to replicate components for rapid wireframing
- Immediate feedback from content writers to take into account for spacing and component use
- Working with developer to adjust the page as needed due to hosting site limitations
